Tender mango pickle or Kannimanga achar is a traditional pickle recipe from Kerala. The Tender mango pickle is made from perfect small size fresh raw mangoes with chilly, salt and other special ingredients and processed by traditional style . Mango absorbs the flavour of ingredients and the the taste of the pickle stands to prolong in the mouth. The special taste of Kannimanga achar or Tender mango pickle is due to the presence of heat of various spices and the essence of tender mangoes.
